Failure one, the frame circuit breaker cannot be closed

1. The control circuit is faulty.

2. The red button on the panel cannot be reset only after the release is activated.

3. The energy storage mechanism is not storing energy.

Method of exclusion:

1. Check the open circuit power with a multimeter.

2. Find out the cause of the trip and press the reset button after troubleshooting.

3. Manual or electric energy storage.

Fault two, the plastic case circuit breaker cannot be closed

1. After the mechanism is tripped, it is not reset.

2. The circuit breaker has an undervoltage coil and there is no power at the incoming end.

Method of exclusion:

1. Find out the cause of the trip and reset after troubleshooting.

2. Make the incoming line live and reset the handle before closing.

Failure three, the circuit breaker trips

1. There is a short circuit in the outgoing circuit

Method of exclusion:

Do not close the switch multiple times. You must find out the fault, and then close the switch.

Failure four, the capacitor cabinet cannot automatically compensate

1. Control circuit power disappears.

2. The current signal cable is not connected properly.

Method of exclusion:

Check the control circuit and restore power.
